Stephen Hawking who despite his nearly comatose state is one of the most brilliant in modern history his theories on the universe helped to revolutionize the way we think about how it works. Stephen was born on January 8,1942 in Oxford England during World WarII to Frank and Isobel Hawking. His father was the head of the National Institute of Madical Research parasitology division. When Stephen was old enough he attended Owford University to study Physics in which he exelled in. Afterwards he left for Trinity Hall in Cambridge to study astronmy and cosmology.

He is a very intelligent man. On a more humourous note, he once stated that the one thing he does not understand are women! I thought that was pretty amusing, especially from a man as smart as he. Funny that psychological testing and all that have proven men and women really aren't that different, though. Hawking is a true gift to the science community. Didn't he find out about black holes?
ReplyDeleteHe is truly a great intellect.
